Shanghai Cloud Blade Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with the total area of 12 acres and the workshop of more than 7000 square meters, is situated at Songjiang District of Shanghai, having the long history and the beautiful scenery. We are a professional blade-manufacturing enterprise integrating the development, design, manufacture and sale of various blades.
Our company was founded in the year of 1999, with the initial total investment of 10 million CNY. At present, our company has owned five automatic production lines and a professional faculty including one PhD, five undergraduates, three senior engineers, 15 technical personnel and 40 general workers. Our total monthly production value has amounted to 2.1 million CNY. In 2004, our company imported the most advanced magnetron sputtering system, and developed Nano-Nitrogen technique to strengthen the cutting-edge of blades. With the special Nano-Cr, CrN alloy and Teflon coatings deposited on the cutting edge, the strength and sharpness of the blades have been improved significantly, together with the increase in the durability.
Our company has developed the advanced inspection technique and perfect quality control system, and administrated the production process following strictly ISO9001 international quality certification system, to guarantee the product quality rate of 100%. After nearly 10 years' development, our company has formed three major brands, including "CLOUD", "LEAD" and "YIZHUN", and covered three blade categories, including hair-cutting blades, razors and eye brow-trimming blades. Besides, our company has established the branches in several major cities of China, including Guangzhou, Anhui, Wuhan and Chengdu.
